Oka Cheese Pita Pizza

Comments: In the summer, I use a toaster-oven, as it does not warm-up the environment as much as a regular oven.
Servings: Have at least 1 pita bread for each guest...more for bigger appetites.

  • Pita breads
  • Grated Oka cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oregano
  • Cover pita breads with grated Oka cheese; top with tomato slices.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano, to taste.
  • Broil to melt cheese.
