- 1/2 sweet red pepper, membranes removed and seeded, into strips
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, into strips
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] freshly sliced cleaned mushrooms
- 4 Italian-style bun halves, toasted
- 4 Mozzarella cheese slices
- Oregano

- Into a frypan, heat garden tomato with basil dressing over medium-high heat.
- Stirring often, soften together sweet red and green peppers strips along with mushroom slices for 2 minutes.
- Evenly spoon mixture over toasted Italian-style bun halves.
- Top each with a slice Mozzarella cheese.
- Broil until just melted before serving, sprinkled with oregano.
