- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 cup [250 mL] grated partly-skimmed Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] grated light Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] light salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] oregano
- 2 whole-grain bagels, halved

- Mix together tomato dices, grated Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, salad dressing, garlic powder and oregano.
- Spread bagel halves with mixture.
- Broil until melted and lightly browned.
