- 1 [8-inch / 20-cm] pizza pastry shell
- Pizza sauce, to taste
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] finely minced sweet green pepper
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] finely minced onion
- 3/4 cup [175 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice tomato, cubed

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Spread half of pizza pastry shell with pizza sauce.
- Top sauce with pepperoni slices, then with finely minced sweet green pepper and onion.
- Top with grated Mozzarella cheese and finally with tomato cubes.
- Fold in half.
- Fold round end over, into a cigar-shape.
- Transfer 'torpedo' onto a greased oven-safe baking sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven, for approximately 20 minutes.
