- 1 pound [454 g] lean ground beef
- 1 [1 1/4-ounce / 35-g] pack taco seasoning mix
- 1 [12-inch / 30-cm] pizza crust
- 1 [14-ounce / 398-mL] can Mexican refried beans
- 1 cup [225 g] shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup [250 mL] shredded lettuce
- 1/2 to 1 cup [125 to 250 mL] drained pickled sliced Jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] thick'n chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion

- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and seasoning mix, following instructions on mix pack.
- Arrange pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Evenly spread with refried beans, top with cooked ground beef.
- Bake in a preheated 425°F [220°C] oven for 10 minutes, until crust is lightly browned.
- Sprinkle pizza with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve topped with shredded lettuce, sliced Jalapeno peppers, salsa, chopped tomato and chopped onion.
