- 1 pizza shell
- Any pasta tomato sauce, to taste
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, membranes removed and seeded, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, membranes removed and seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] ripe olive slices
- 1 cup [250 mL] pepperoni slices [optional]
- Shredded [pizzeria] cheese

- Preheat oven to 475°F [250°C].
- Spread tomato sauce all over pizza shell.
- Sprinkle all over with chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped green bell pepper and ripe olive slices.
- If desired, top with pepperoni slices.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
