- Vegetable oil
- Thin slices fresh mushrooms, to taste
- 1 [12-inch / 30-cm] pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 [7 1/2-ounce / 213-mL] can pizza sauce
- Bay spinach leaves, rinsed, patted dried and stems removed
- Canned Greek sauce with Feta cheese, to taste
- Fine red onion dices, to taste
- Fine sweet green pepper strips, membranes removed and seeded, to taste
- Drained ripe olive slices, to taste
- Thin tomato slices, to taste
- Greek spices, to taste
- Crumbled Feta cheese, to taste
- Grated Mozzarella cheese, to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Into a frying pan, fry mushroom slices into a little really hot vegetable oil; remove from frypan using a slotted spoon and reserve.
- Well oil a 12-inch [30-cm] pizza pan with vegetable oil.
- Transfer pre-cooked pizza crust onto pizza pan.
- Completely cover crust with pizza sauce.
- Garnish pizza with spinach leaves.
- Evenly top with Greek sauce with Feta cheese.
- Evenly top pizza with red onion dices, sweet green pepper trips, ripe olive slices, then with drained reserved mushroom slices.
- Top all over with thin tomato slices.
- Sprinkle all over with Greek spices, then garnish with crumbled Feta cheese.
- Sprinkle all over with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake into preheated oven for 17 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
