Greek-Style Pizza
From: Bernice, Miscou, New-Brunswick, Canada
Comments: Serve along with a Greek, or Caesar salad.
It really is important to cooke the mushrooms ahead of time or there will be too much liquid on top of the pizza.
Leave done pizza to rest for a few minutes, for liquid to be slightly absorbed by the crust, before serving.
