Dough
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] oil
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk
- 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] baking powder
- 12 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cornstarch
Garnishings
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] basil pesto
- 1 large boiled chicken white, diced
- 1 small onion, sliced then broken-up into rings
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] boiled carrot slices
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] boiled small broccoli flowerets
- 1 cup [250 mL] thin any desired color sweet pepper strips, membranes removed and seeded
- 1 cup [225 g] any desired grated cheese

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Mix together dough oil and milk into a bowl.
- Into a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cornstarch.
- Pour in liquids stirring until well blended.
- Evenly roll dough into a circle large enough to cover a pizza baking plate.
- Evenly spread basil pesto all over dough.
- Arrange chicken white dices and onion rings over pesto.
- Nicely top with carrot slices, broccoli flowerets and sweet pepper strips.
- Sprinkle all over with grated cheese.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 15 to 20 minutes.
