- 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion
- 6 ounces [170 g] really finely chopped with a knife ham or drained then crumbled cooked mild sausages
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 cups [500 mL] biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cold water
- 1 cup [225 g] grosly grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] freshly chopped dill
or 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dried dill
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly chopped chives

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Melt butter or margarine into a frypan; soften chopped onion.
- Mix in finely chopped ham or crumbled mild sausage meat and chopped tomato.
- REmove from heat and reserve.
- Into a bowl, mix together biscuit dough and cold water to get a smooth dough.
- Evenly presser pizza dough onto a greased 12-inch [30-mL] pizza plate folding at least 1/2 inch [1.3 cm] dough all around the outside of the plate shaping a rim.
- Evenly spread meat and tomato mixture over the dough leaving the rim free.
- Sprinkle mixture all over with grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese.
- Into a clean bowl, beat together milk, eggs, salt, pepper and freshly chopped dill or dried dill until foamy.
- Pour mixture all over grated cheese then sprinkle all over with freshly chopped chives.
- Bake into preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown all over, and serve.
