  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-g] package puff pastry shells
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mg] butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] sweet green pepper dices, membranes removed and seeded
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
  • 2 cups [500 mL] cooked chicken or turkey cubes
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] pimiento dices
  • Bake pastry shells according to package directions.
  • Melt butter or margarine into a medium-size saucepan; fry sweet green pepper dices until soft.
  • Pour in cream of chicken soup concentrate and milk.
  • Mix in chicken or turkey cubes and pimiento dices.
  • Heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Evenly spoon into hot pastry shells, and serve.
