- 1 [10-ounce / 284-g] package puff pastry shells
- 2 tablespoons [30 mg] butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] sweet green pepper dices, membranes removed and seeded
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- 2 cups [500 mL] cooked chicken or turkey cubes
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] pimiento dices

- Bake pastry shells according to package directions.
- Melt butter or margarine into a medium-size saucepan; fry sweet green pepper dices until soft.
- Pour in cream of chicken soup concentrate and milk.
- Mix in chicken or turkey cubes and pimiento dices.
- Heat, stirring occasionally.
- Evenly spoon into hot pastry shells, and serve.
