- 2 pounds [1 kg] cooked turkey
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] white sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 artichoke hearts, cooked or canned
- 3 ounces [85 g] butter
- 2 ounces [56 g] grated Swiss cheese

- Finely chop cooked turkey.
- Mix chopped turkey into white sauce.
- Salt and pepper; keep warm.
- Puree artichoke hearts.
- Heat artichoke puree in 2 1/2 ounces [70 g] butter; salt and pepper.
- Mix together turkey mixture and artichoke puree.
- Evenly spread mixture into an oven-proof dish.
- Dot with remaining butter; sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Brown into a preheated 450°F [230°C] oven, for 10 minutes.
