- 1 chicken white
- Sweet pepper
- Onion
- Butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Fines herbs, to taste
- Salt
- Pepper

- Cut chicken white into 3/4 to 1 1/4-inch [2 to 3-cm] cubes.
- Cut a few sweet pepper and onion pieces.
- Thread chicken cubes, alternately with sweet pepper and onion pieces onto a skewer.
- Melt a little butter, add crushed garlic.
- Brush skewers with garlic butter.
- Season to taste with fine hebs, salt and pepper.
- Barbecue or broil skewer until chicken cubes are no longer pink inside.
