Chicken Brochette

  • 1 chicken white
  • Sweet pepper
  • Onion
  • Butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Fines herbs, to taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cut chicken white into 3/4 to 1 1/4-inch [2 to 3-cm] cubes.
  • Cut a few sweet pepper and onion pieces.
  • Thread chicken cubes, alternately with sweet pepper and onion pieces onto a skewer.
  • Melt a little butter, add crushed garlic.
  • Brush skewers with garlic butter.
  • Season to taste with fine hebs, salt and pepper.
  • Barbecue or broil skewer until chicken cubes are no longer pink inside.
