- 1 broccoli, broken-up into flowerets, boiled and drained
- 2 cups [500 mL] cubed chicken meat
- Butter
- Oil
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup [60 to 125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] milk
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 or 3 bread slices, diced and seasoned or seasoned turkey stuffing
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] melted butter
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] hot water
- Paprika
- Chopped parsley

- Arrange broccoli flowerettes into a square 9-inch [23-cm] or rectangular 8 x 11-inch [20 x 28-cm] oven-proof dish.
- Fry chicken cubes into a little butter and oil.
- Arrange fried chicken cubes over broccoli flowerets.
- Mix together cream of chicken soup concentrate, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice.
- Spread mixture over chicken cubes and broccoli flowerettes.
- Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Mix together bread dices or seasoned turkey stuffing, melted butter and hot water; mix well.
- Spread bread dices mixture over Mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle to taste with paprika and chopped parsley.
- Bake, uncovered, into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 25 minutes.
