Chicken Dices in White Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter
  • 1 tablespoon [8.75 g] flour
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked chicken dices, to taste
  • 1 or 2 boiled carrots, sliced
  • Melt butter into a saucepan.
  • Stir in flour, then milk.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Simmer until thickened.
  • Mix in chicken dices and carrot slices.
  • Reheat and serve.
