Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 3 pounds [1.4 kg] chicken wings
  • 1 cup [250 mL] packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] water
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] vinegar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] catsup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
  • Cut each chicken wing into 3 parts; throw away ends.
  • Onto a baking sheet, bake chicken wings into preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden and crunchy.
  • Well mix together brown sugar, water, soy sauce, vinegar, catsup and salt.
  • Pour all over chicken wings.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
