- 3 pounds [1.4 kg] chicken wings
- 1 cup [250 mL] packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] soy sauce
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] vinegar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] catsup
- Pinch of salt

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Cut each chicken wing into 3 parts; throw away ends.
- Onto a baking sheet, bake chicken wings into preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden and crunchy.
- Well mix together brown sugar, water, soy sauce, vinegar, catsup and salt.
- Pour all over chicken wings.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
