Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Whites

  • 6 chiken whites
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices Muenster cheese
  • 12 slices bacon
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Flatten chicken whites until 1/4-inch [6-mm] thick; salt and pepper.
  • Lay one slice of ham then one slice of cheese over each flattened chicken white.
  • Fold chicken whites over ham and cheese slices, shaping a roll.
  • Wrap each roll with 2 slices of bacon.
  • Arrange rolls side-by-side into a shallow roasting pan.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until chicken is done and bacon is golden.
