- 6 chiken whites
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices Muenster cheese
- 12 slices bacon

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Flatten chicken whites until 1/4-inch [6-mm] thick; salt and pepper.
- Lay one slice of ham then one slice of cheese over each flattened chicken white.
- Fold chicken whites over ham and cheese slices, shaping a roll.
- Wrap each roll with 2 slices of bacon.
- Arrange rolls side-by-side into a shallow roasting pan.
- Bake into preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until chicken is done and bacon is golden.
