- 3 unpeeled cored tart apples, cubed
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] orange juice
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] honey
- 2 orange slices

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Arrange apple cubes on the bottom of lightly oiled casserole dish.
- Transfer skinned chicken breasts over apples.
- Into a cup, combine orange juice and honey.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon [15 mL] of mixture over each piece.
- Cover casserole and bake into preheated oven, for 45 minutes.
- Uncover casserole.
- Spoon remaining orange juice and honey mixture over chicken breasts.
- Bake for 30 minutes more, uncovered.
- Serve, garnished with orange slices.
