Light Uncooked Strawberry Jam

IngredientsPreparation
  • 4 cups [1 L] lightly crushed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] splenda
  • 1 pack pectin
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] grated lemon rind
  • Transfer crushed strawberries, splenda, pectin and grated lemon rind into a bowl.
  • Stir delicately, leaving strawberries whole; leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Stir delicately once more.
  • Refrigerate.
