My Sister-in-Law Hélène's Raspberry-Green Tomato Jam

  • 6 cups [1.5 L] chopped green tomatoes
  • 3 cups [750 mL] sugar
  • 1 large box raspberry-flavored gelatine
  • Hot sterilized jars
  • Mix together green tomatoes and sugar.
  • Simmer mixture for 1 hour 45 minutes.
  • Mix in raspberry-flavored gelatine.
  • Simmer slowly for 15 minutes
  • Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal.
