| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 6 cups [1.5 L] chopped green tomatoes
- 3 cups [600 g] sugar
- 1 large box raspberry-flavored gelatin
|
- Mix together green tomatoes and sugar.
- Simmer mixture for 1 hour 45 minutes.
- Mix in raspberry-flavored gelatin.
- Simmer slowly for 15 minutes
- Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal.
