- Remove husks and silks from corns.
- Rinse and separate cobs according to size.
- Blanch small corn-on-the-cob for 7 minutes into boiling water.
- Blanch medium-size corn-on-the-cob for 9 minutes into boiling water.
- Blanch larger corn-on-the-cob for 11 minutes into boiling water.
- Cool corn-on-the-cob into cold water, changing water often; let cool for approximately the same time as the blanching time.
- Freeze corn-on-the-cob into humidity-free containers.
