- Green tomatoes

- Rinse, wipe-dry then dice green tomatoes; measure tomato dices into a measuring cup.
- Transfer into a large casserole; mix in the same amount [cups] of sugar.
- Simmer over medium-low heat, until of dsired consistency.
- Remove from heat.
- If desired, to prepare different flavors jam, evenly transfer tomato dices into as many as needed separate bowls.
- Immediately sprinkle hot tomato dices all over with fruit-flavored gelatine powder.
- Stir delicately, to completely dissolve gelatine powder.
- Immediately pour into hot sterilized jars; seal jars.
