- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped celery
- Butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon [8.75 g] flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] white wine or chicken broth
- 8 ounces [227 g] crabmeat
- 8 ounces [227 g] shrimps
- 8 ounces [227 g] finely chopped Swiss cheese
- 1 pie shell

- Into a frypan, brown together chopped green onion and celery into butter, until tender.
- Slightly cool; drain.
- Thoroughly mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs and white wine or chicken broth.
- Add, stirring delicately, crabmeat, shrimps, finely chopped Swiss cheese and cooled green onion/celery mixture.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 35 to 40 minutes.
