- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 [9-inch / 23-cm] pastry shell
- 2 cups [450 g] grated cheese
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] grated Parmesan cheese

- Sprinkle fried bacon crumbs into pastry shell.
- Sprinkle all over with grated cheese.
- Into a bowl, beat together eggs, evaporated milk, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Pour into quiche shell.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake into a 375°F [190°C] oven for 30 minutes.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes, before serving.
