- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups [440 mL] Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup [1175 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 g] grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] diced ham
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 unbaked pastry shell

- Beat eggs with a fork.
- Mix together ricotta cheese, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and ham dices.
- Pour in eggs, stirring delicately.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into pastry shell.
- Bake into a 350°F [180°C] oven, for 30 to 40 minutes.
