Italian-Style Three-Cheese Quiche

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups [440 mL] Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup [1175 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup [60 g] grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] diced ham
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell
  • Beat eggs with a fork.
  • Mix together ricotta cheese, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and ham dices.
  • Pour in eggs, stirring delicately.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into pastry shell.
  • Bake into a 350°F [180°C] oven, for 30 to 40 minutes.
