- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 [9-inch / 23-cm] pastry shell
- 2 cups [450 g] grated Canadian Swiss cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 1 cup [250 mL] cream [15% m.s.g.]
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] grated Canadian Parmesan cheese

- Lightly press chopped ham into pastry shell.
- Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese.
- Beat together beaten eggs, chopped onion, Dijon mustard and salt.
- Slowly pour in cream.
- Pour over grated Swiss cheese, into pastry shell.
- Sprinkle all over with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake into a preheated 375°F [190°C] oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until firm.
