- 1 cup [250 mL] boiled broccoli flowerets
- 1 1/3 cups [300 g] grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] diced cooked chicken
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] chopped onion
- 1 1/3 cups [330 mL] milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] Bisquick mix
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch [ 25 x 4-cm] pie plate.
- Mix together broccoli flowerets, grated Cheddar cheese, chicken dices and chopped onion, into pie plate.
- Into a food processor, at high speed, beat together milk, eggs, Bisquick mix, salt and pepper for 15 seconds, or until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pie plate.
- Bake into preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the blade of knife comes out clean from its center.
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes, before serving.
