Quick Ham Quiche

  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 thin slices ham
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
  • Into a square cake pan, arrange 4 slices of bread.
  • Top with 4 slices of cheese, then with 4 slices of ham, 4 slices of bread and finally with 4 slices of cheese.
  • Beat together eggs salt, pepper, chopped parsley and milk; pour all over slices of cheese.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, until egg mixture is set and golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
