Chinese-Style Fried Rice

Servings: 4 to 6
  • 4 cups [1 L] well-drained boiled white rice
  • Cooked meat or chicken dices, or whole boiled shrimps, to taste
  • Mixed cooked fresh or frozen vegetable pieces , to taste
  • 1 well-done fried egg, cut into strips
  • Minced garlic, to taste
  • Peanut oil, to taste
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Salt, to taste [optional as soy sauce is really salty]
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Mix together drained boiled white rice, cooked meat or chicken cubes or shrimp, and/or cooked mixed vegetable pieces into a saucepan.
  • Mix in fried egg strips, minced garlic, a little peanut oil and soy sauce; salt and pepper.
  • Reheat stirring until hot, and serve.
