- 3 cups [750 mL] long-grained white rice
- 1/2 pound [454 g] tiny lamb dices
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] finely chopped onion
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, chopped
- 1/2 sweet red pepper, membranes removed and seeded, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] marjoram
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] thyme
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly chopped parsley
- Oil

- Boil rice.
- Meanwhile, brown lamb dices into just a little oil, into a frypan over medium heat; remove lamb dices from frypan and reserve.
- Into the same frypan, brown together chopped onion, chopped sweet green and red peppers and crushed garlic.
- Mix together all ingredients into a microwave-safe dish.
- Reheat into microwave oven on 'MEDIUM', until hot.
