- 3 cups [750 mL] long-grained white rice
- 1/2 pound [454 g] lamb, cut in very small pieces
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] marjoram
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] thyme
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] parsley, chopped
- Oil

- Boil rice.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in just a little oil, over medium heat; set aside.
- In the same pan, brown chopped onion, chopped peppers and crushed garlic.
- In a microwave dish, mix together all ingredients.
- Reheat in microwave oven at medium, until hot.
