- 3 cups [750 mL] long grain rice [raw]
- 4 cups [1 L] water
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] oil
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] soy sauce
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] liquid beef broth concentrate
- 2 cups [500 mL] chopped celery
- 8 to 10 green onions, chopped [white and greeen]
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, cubed
- 2 cups [500 mL] freshly chopped mushrooms
- 3 carrots, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] garlic salt

- Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
- Into a roasting pan, mix together all ingredients.
- Bake into preheated oven for 1 hour.
