- Lean chicken broth
- 1 sweet green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] diced onion
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] diced celery
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can mushrooms, drained
- 4 ounces [113 g] cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] hot boiled rice
- Soy sauce, to taste

- Boil together green pepper dices, onion dices, celery dices and drained mushrooms into just a little hot, boiling chicken broth, until broth has completely evaporated.
- Mix in chicken dices and hot boiled rice.
- Stir in some soy sauce; thoroughly mix.
- Serve.
