- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion
- 1/3 cup [75 g] margarine
- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly chopped mushrooms
- 3 cups [750 mL] hot boiled rice
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can small peas, drained
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] rosemary
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] toasted almonds

- Brown onion into melted margarine.
- Mix in mushrooms, boiled rice, small peas, salt, pepper, rosemary and almonds.
- Serve.
