- 2 cups [500 mL] long grain rice
- Olive oil
- 1 to 2 sweet green peppers, diced
- 2 large onions, minced
- Approximately 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chicken broth concentrate powder [it is important that you use powdered concentrate].
- Pepper, to taste

- Boil and drain rice; set aside.
- Pour a little olive oil into a wok; preheat wok.
- Into hot olive oil, just soften [do not brown] green pepper dices and minced onions.
- Mix in reserved boiled rice and chicken concentrate powder; check, adding more chicken concentrate powder if needed.
- Just before serving, pepper hot rice.
