Baked White Rice
Servings:
3 cups [750 mL]
1 cup [250 mL] long grain rice, rinsed
2 cups [500 mL] water
1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
Into a casserole with a well-fitting lid, mix together rice, water and salt.
Bake into preheated oven, for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
