Baked White Rice
Servings: 3 cups [750 mL]
  • 1 cup [250 mL] long grain rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups [500 mL] water
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Into a casserole with a well-fitting lid, mix together rice, water and salt.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
