- 4 cups [1 L] drained boiled white rice
- 2 [8-ounce / 227-mL each] cans tomato paste
- 1 [12-ounce / 340-mL] can corn kernels, drained
- 1 sweet green pepper, seeded, membranes removed then cut into pieces
- 1 medium onion, into small pieces
- 1 cup [250 mL] medium salsa

- Well mix together all ingredient into a casserole.
- Reheat until really hot.
