Special Salsa Rice
IngredientsPreparation
  • 4 cups [1 L] drained boiled white rice
  • 2 [8-ounce / 227-mL each] cans tomato paste
  • 1 [12-ounce / 340-mL] can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 sweet green pepper, seeded, membranes removed then cut into pieces
  • 1 medium onion, into small pieces
  • 1 cup [250 mL] medium salsa
  • Well mix together all ingredient into a casserole.
  • Reheat until really hot.
