- 4 cups [1 L] well-drained boiled until soft yet still a little crunchy long-grain white rice
- Peanut or olive oil, as needed
- Stuffed olive slices, to taste
- Olive juices, to taste
- Salt and pepper. to taste
- Paprika, to serve

- Transfer well-drained rice into a serving bowl.
- Mix in enough peanut or olive oil to keep rice grains from sticking to each other.
- Add some stuffed olive slices along with olive juices.
- Salt, pepper and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, really cold, sprinkled with paprika.
