Caesar Anchovy Salad Dressing

Be careful with the anchovies... especially if you have guests!
Ingredients
Preparation
1 egg
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
1/8 cup [30 mL] lemon juice
A few anchovies
1/2 cup [125 mL] oil
Ground pepper
Crush the anchovies with a fork.
Add garlic, egg, mustard, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well, incorporating oil a little at a time.
