Caesar Anchovy Salad Dressing

Comments: Be careful with the anchovies... especially if you have guests!
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 cup [30 mL] lemon juice
  • A few anchovies
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] oil
  • Ground pepper
  • Crush the anchovies with a fork.
  • Add garlic, egg, mustard, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Mix well, incorporating oil a little at a time.
