- Lettuce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1 can candied poultry gizzards in geese or duck oil
- Raspberry vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Prepare a salad with the lettuce, and minced garlic and onion.
- Mince candied gizzards and heat in their oil [if you like, remove a bit of the oil].
- Add raspberry vinegar and pour over salad.
- Season with salt and pepper.
