Candied Gizzard Salad

Comments: A green salad or other to taste; the crunchier it is, the better!
  • Lettuce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can candied poultry gizzards in geese or duck oil
  • Raspberry vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Prepare a salad with the lettuce, and minced garlic and onion.
  • Mince candied gizzards and heat in their oil [if you like, remove a bit of the oil].
  • Add raspberry vinegar and pour over salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
