- 6 nice tomatoes
- 6 balls of bocconcini cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] fresh [important] basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper

- In a serving dish, place tomatoes slices and bocconcini cheese alternating to cover the dish.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
