Crab-Flavored Pollock Salad

Comments: Serve this salad as an appetizer over lettuce or in pita bread or in a croissant for a light meal. You can use substitute 'sumari'.
Best if prepared the day before.
Sumari: King Crab-Flavor Alaskan Pollock.

  • 1 package [12-ounce / 340-g] 'sumari'
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Break 'sumari' into filaments.
  • Into a large bowl, add all other ingredients to 'sumari'.
  • Mix well and refrigerate.
