Chef's Vinaigrette

  • 1 can [10-ounce / 284 mL] cream of tomato
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] salad oil
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] pepper
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] tomato paste
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with electric mixer.
