Salad
- 1 pound [454 g] bean sprouts
- 10 ounces [284 g] spinach
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cooked rice
- 2 celery branches, diced
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 or 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 cup [250 mL] mushrooms, sliced
- 4 ounces [113 g] cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] raisins
Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] olive oil
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] soya sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

- Mix together all salad ingredients.
- Mix together all vinaigrette ingredients.
- Mix together salad and vinaigrette.
