  • 3 cups [750 mL] grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] green onion slices
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
