- 1 broccoli stalk
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cashew nuts
- 4 slices cooked bacon cut into pieces or dehydrated bacon
- Onions to taste, minced
Sauce
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sugar
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar

- Cut broccoli into small pieces and mix with onion.
- Cook bacon until dry.
- Cut into pieces and mix with broccoli, raisins and nuts.
- Add more raisins and/or nuts if desired.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients.
- Mix together sauce and all other ingredients.
