Broccoli Salad with Cashew Nuts

  • 1 broccoli stalk
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cashew nuts
  • 4 slices cooked bacon cut into pieces or dehydrated bacon
  • Onions to taste, minced
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] sugar
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
  • Cut broccoli into small pieces and mix with onion.
  • Cook bacon until dry.
  • Cut into pieces and mix with broccoli, raisins and nuts.
  • Add more raisins and/or nuts if desired.
  • Mix together all sauce ingredients.
  • Mix together sauce and all other ingredients.
