- 2 cups [500 mL] cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 1 cup [250 mL] croutons
- 8 slices cooked bacon, cut up
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] fresh parsley, chopped
- 6 cups [1.5 L] Romaine lettuce, cut into strips
Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] olive oil
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] Parmesan cheese, shredded

- In a salad bowl, mix together chicken, tomatoes, croutons, bacon, parsley and lettuce.
Vinaigrette
- Mix together all ingredients in an electric mixer or food processor.
- Mix until texture is creamy and add to salad.
