- 3 cups [750 mL] broccoli bouquets
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] Feta cheese, broken into bits
Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] sugar
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] low-fat mayonnaise

- In a bowl, mix together broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins and Feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad and stir.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
