Creamy Coleslaw

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons [10 g] sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
  • 1 small pinch pepper
  • 4 cups [1 L] minced cabbage
  • Mix together all ingredients except cabbage.
  • Add to cabbage and coat well.
