Corn Syrup Coleslaw

You can double the recipe if you like. Keeps 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 cup [250 mL] vinegar
- 1 cup [250 mL] corn syrup
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] pepper
- Chopped cabbage

- Mix together all ingredients and pour over cabbage.
- Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, stirring at least once.
