Colonel's Coleslaw with Celery

1/2 cabbage, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
6 ounces [190 mL] sweet relish
5 ounces [160 mL] mayonnaise
1/8 cup [30 mL] vinegar
1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
