Colonel's Coleslaw with Celery

  • 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] sweet relish
  • 5 ounces [160 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup [30 mL] vinegar
  • 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients together.
