- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup [250 mL] shredded Cheddar cheese
- 10 slices cooked bacon, crispy
Sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] oil
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] white sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] vinegar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] prepared mustard

- Break up cauliflower and broccoli into small bouquets and place in a large bowl.
- Add chopped onion and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Prepare sauce by mixing together all ingredients.
- Add sauce to first mixture.
- Crumble bacon and add.
- Keep in a hermetically closed plastic container.
